Shipping Policy
A flat shipping fee of $11.95 will be applied to all orders less than $250.00. Free shipping applies to all orders of $250.00 or more. Shipping covers USPS Priority Shipping within the continental United States.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, you may be charged for additional shipping fees.
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 p.m. EST, usually ship the same business day. Orders placed on our website on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST/3:00 pm EST usually ship the next business day.
International Orders
Do not place international orders online (including Canada). Please call us at 707-303-1999 or email our Customer Service department for assistance with placing an international order.
Product Return Requirements
Your satisfaction is our goal. Should our product or service ever fail to meet your expectations, please call our Customer Care department at 877-877-2362. The Customer Care department is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Product Return Requirements
- All returns require prior approval from our Customer Care department. You must call before returning any product.
- We accept unopened, resalable product in original condition provided it is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If you receive a damaged package, please contact Customer Care immediately at 877-877-2362.
- Think Green: reduce, reuse, recycle - save shipping boxes for 10 business days in case a return is necessary.
